Ultimate Face® Gel Eye Liner Ink

Ultimate Face® Gel Liner Ink is an ultra deep black gel liner formulation. The super smooth application creates excellent definition with a fully opaque finish. Water resistant, With a fast drying time – ink gel liner boasts a smudge proof, long wearability.

To apply – use the end of a small brush to mill the gel liner onto your mixing palette. Using your liner or angle brush – work the product into the brush and apply to the lash line.
